Getting Error "Another User Has Changed The Records You Are Trying To Update" On Detail Matching Screen (Doc ID 2685404.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to detail match the invoice for a purchase order, the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Another user has changed the records you are trying to update. Do you want to refresh?"   java.lang.nullpointerexception

 

Steps to recreate:

1. Login to Reim Application.
2. Select Menu, Invoice Matching>Summary Matching.
3. Search for Supplier.
4. Select the relevant invoice number and receipt number.
5. Click Summary Match button, on the top left corner
6. Click Detail Match button on the top left corner.
7. Click Detail Match on the top.
8. The error comes, click Yes.

Note: Main reason for this issue is , same carton number available for the shipment in SHIPSKU table.
