Batch execution done through ESIC fails after OFSAAI 8073/8091 upgrade in LDAP enabled environment (Doc ID 2685517.1)

When attempting to execute batches through ESIC after OFSAAI 8073/8091 upgrade,
the following error occurs and batch execution fails.

[13-05-20 18:11:19 PM] [DEBUG] [APP] [ICC] Illegal userid or password
[13-05-20 18:11:19 PM] [DEBUG] [APP] [ICC] Writing to native socket: ##ICC##I##-1##-4##Authentication of user for native request failed.## with padding

Issue is replicable in LDAP enabled environment where as same works environment where SMS authentication is used.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to execute batches through ESIC in LDAP enabled Environment

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot successfully execute batches.
