Symptoms

ECM Customer screening tab screen is not populating data for CS batch cases:

Actual behavior:

When opening a CS batch mode cases, the customer summary page tab is not displaying the case information.

Expected behavior:

The customer summary page tab should display the case information related to CS batch mode cases.
