Case Revision Icons are Created for Follow-ups of Copied Case (Doc ID 2685558.1)

Symptoms

When we copy a case with multiple follow-ups and then add a new follow-up record in copied case, the revision history icon (Sheet of Paper) is created for all the follow-up records including the follow-ups from the case that was copied and the newly added follow-up record.
