Error 'Unable to load the data' When Accessing the View Service Status Screen

Symptoms
When selecting View Service Status in P6 Web, the following error occurs after a minute or so.
Unable to load the data. Request sent with Invalid Data.
The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:
- Login to P6 Web.
- Click the Welcome, <username> link > View Service Status.
- Observe the reported error.
