Error 'Unable to load the data' When Accessing the View Service Status Screen (Doc ID 2685559.1)

When selecting View Service Status in P6 Web, the following error occurs after a minute or so.

Unable to load the data. Request sent with Invalid Data.


The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Web.
  2. Click the Welcome, <username> link  > View Service Status.
  3. Observe the reported error.
