Goal
Qn1:Sy sessions are not getting cleared automatically
Few subscribers have multiple stale Sy sessions. Due to this during threshold breach multiple SNR are getting generated by ECE where as diameterGateway is failing the SNR for stale session's which are not present in PCRF.
Please let us know the way to identify the stale session's and how to clean up.
Qn2:Could you please let us know in which release this fix is given ?
Qn3: Let us know any query to filter out the account where more than 1 Sy session exists from Customer cache ?
Something like select * from Customer where subscribedSpendingLimitSessions.sessionId > 1
