How to Correctly Restart SLEE Without Hanging Reservations (Doc ID 2686008.1)

Goal

After SLC restart are noticed a lot of hanging reservations (24h validity normally) for data sessions. This may cause errors on some wallets (depending on the usage) till the reservation will vanish.
