 This document is meant to clarify on versions recommended for the rest of products in Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery (RODOD) stack when planning to upgrade Application Integration Architecture (AIA) to 12c version.

Questions and Answers
 Given an environment running Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5 PS23, AIA Foundation Pack (FP) 11.1.1.7.0 and AIA Communications Process Integration Pack (PIP) 11.3, an upgrade is planned for BRM to version 12 and for AIA to 12.0.0.2 version.
 What is the recommended version for AIA Communications PIP?
 Is it possible to upgrade from AIA 11g to 12c?
 Is it possible to use AIA 12.2.1 version with BRM 12?
 Is O2A (Order-to-Activate) still required when upgrading AIA to 12.2.1 version?
