Goal

A user has currently installed Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Patch Set 2 and wants to upgrade to Patch Set 3.

In this context, where is the documentation to upgrade BRM to Patch Set 3?
And is there a need to uninstall all the applications and need to reconfigure application from scratch again?
Is there any RUP (rollup) patch which we apply and it upgrades automatically?
