How are the Codemap REFNAME EX Value Extension Naming Conventions Determined after Deployment
(Doc ID 2686575.1)
Last updated on OCTOBER 01, 2023
Applies to:
Oracle Life Sciences Central Coding - Version 6.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
User wishes to know if there is logic on how the EX values are determined on a codemap, and if so what it is. This is for the REFNAME as it appears in the Inform backend databases (which are part of the logic for how terms are pulled into Central Coding from Inform). For example, in Central Designer the codemap may show as "CodingMap1" but when it is deployed to Inform as well as when the terms pull into Central Coding it comes as "CodingMap1Ex1"
Changes
This may be a new or existing Central Coding environment and/or Inform Study.
