Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Output constrained plan in Test Instance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

ASCP is not recommending to cancel excess work orders.

Subsequently work order demands for components are generated. However no pegging is calculated for the work order demands.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect ASCP to recommend cancellation of excess work orders and not generate work order demands for components

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter the application.
2. Run the ASCP Plan.
3. See the above issue.
