ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Associating Property Location as entity link char to LD is via API not refreshing in GUI

- Instances of Property Location of type Network Location and Point Of Presence in UIM.
- Logical Device spec has a drop down char with name "popLocation" and it is entity link to Property Location.
- LD instance is already there with some value already populated for this LD. Now update this char using API.
- In Search results for LD old value of popLocation is showing whereas in summary page new value is reflected which we updated via API.

we have both LD_CHAR and LD_CHAR_EXT table.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Steps :

1.) Create Property Location instance of type both Network Location and Point of Presence.
3.) Create LD with property location as characteristic and populate it.
4.) Now update property location with ruleset code or with SOAP Update Entity request.
5.) Search the LD and verify the summary page and search results page (search using specification selected.)
