ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Various History Screens not working as expected

Client, Address History screens aren't displaying properly in the application. History, particularly on client and client address screen does not display expected information


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
History is traceable through those screens


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to Client Screen.
Create Client.
Make changes
notice history is not properly displayed.
Alternatively, try on client address screen
