Unable to Deploy Weblogic After Adding Session Tags for cookie-secure and cookie-http-only to OFSAA (Doc ID 2687196.1)

After adding the weblogic.xml to /<Weblogic Home>/domains/<domain>/applications/<app>.war/<app>.ear/WEB-INF and adding "session" parameters as described in the OFSAA Security Guide under "Configure Security for Weblogic", you are unable to deploy.  You get the error below:
