On : 2.6.0.1.0 version, ENV - Environment
Encountering error when updating Meter Read's meter configuration id in CCB v2.6.0.1
In CCB v2.3.1, APA is able to move an uploaded read from the old meter to the new meter by updating the meter configuration ID defined on the meter read
Steps:
- Go to the Meter Read
- Substitute/Update the meter configuration ID (replacing the old meter with the new meter)
In CCB v2.6.0.1, a warning then action invalid error encountered in MR page when updating/substituting Meter Configuration ID

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Go to the Meter Read
- Substitute/Update the meter configuration ID (replacing the old meter with the new meter)
