Symptoms
On Oracle Health Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.4.8.5 version,
When attempting to install a Transformation after modifying few columns in two tables,
the following error occurs in the associated Work Area install log:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. For an existing Data Model/Transformation, add/modify few columns in two tables.
2. Install the Transformation in Development lifecycle.
