Symptoms

On : 8.6.6.5020

Transaction Synchronization is failing with the following error.

ERROR

2020-07-03 00:13:56,807 ERROR [ExecutorThread-1131] AbstractJob:435 SCHDR Error occurred in concrete job implementation
oracle.apps.odin.domain.job.JobExecutionException: Scenario with id: 12921154 failed - will set the job to failed.

ERROR [ExecutorThread-1132] AbstractSubJob:212 There are 2 open Databases in the Environment.
Closing the following databases:
persist#http://www.oracle.com/grcc/business/ONTOLOGY/payables.owl/NODE/PayablesStandardInvoice_vs_864850_864900#oracle.apps.odin.reasonerio.berkeley.BerkeleyData persist#http://www.oracle.com/grcc/business/ONTOLOGY/payables.owl/NODE/Supplier_vs_865500_865700#oracle.apps.odin.reasonerio.berkeley.BerkeleyData
java.lang.IllegalStateException: There are 2 open Databases in the Environment.
Closing the following databases:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Administration > Manage Application Datasources.
2. Select the datasource.
3. Click on Actions > Synchronize Transaction.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete TCG Synchronization.
