Mkbackupdir Does Not Update The Backup Tree Timestamp For Store Modified Mailboxes

Symptoms
On Messaging Server versions 8.0.2.0 up to 8.0.2.5.0, it was observed that the mkbackupdir command does not update the timestamp on backupdir if a mailbox on the store is updated (e.g: new messages arrived).
This will impact on the ability to perform incremental backups.
Below is a demonstration of the issue:
A. Set up:
Changes
Updated Messaging Server from 8.0.1.2 to 8.0.2.0 (or any other version up to 8.0.2.5, or 8.1.0.5).
