Injector Does Not Update Status For All Clearance Resets When Volume Is Large

You observe that the injectorpriceeventbatch does not update the status for all clearance when running the batch for a large volume of clearance resets
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an entry in RPM_STAGE_CLEARANCE_RESET for clearance reset for 7499 approved clearances. [1 zone = 30 locations]
2. Execute injector for event_type = NR
3. Some approved resets did not reflect in the staging table
