Symptoms

If a crew attempts to enter a read before validating the meter, they will be unable to enter the reads even after validating the meter. The issue will persist until they leave the activity, returning to the task list, and finally reentering the activity and validating the meter before attempting to enter a read.

The crew should always be able to enter a read if they have validated a meter.
