UOM LOV Of ATP Inquiry Not Listing Proper Values (Doc ID 2688327.1)

Goal

UOM is corrupted by having multiple instances and we have an instance where UOM EA is in different UOM Class


We have many different EBS source instances

Instance ID       CODE
=========== ===
4021 AAA
5021 BBB
2021 CCC
3021 DDD
3022 EEE
3023 FFF
4022 GGG

For this testing, we are only need to use EBS source - 4022 - GGG
UOM_CODE - EA
UOM_CLASS - Quantity

The EBS source DDD has
UOM_CODE - EA
UOM_CLASS - unit

MSC has collected into msc_units_of_measure
UOM_CODE - EA
UOM_CLASS - unit

This is causing issues with choosing UOM in ATP where we cannot choose correct UOM

How can we fix the issue?
