Symptoms

The [Add] button does not work on 'Add Individual Information' dialog of Literature Intake screen.

Steps to Repeat:

  1. Go to Worklist >> Literature Intake.
  2. Click [Add Individual Information] button.
  3. Enter values on the 'Add Individual Information' dialog.
  4. Click [Add] button. Nothing happens.
