Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Users are not being notified from OPLA upon ETL execution completion

Expected Behavior
Users to be notified from OPLA upon ETL execution completion

Steps

The issue is reproduced by following below steps:

  1. Run ETL
  2. Notification is not being delivered to the user
  3. Check ETL_PARAMETER table, and confirm that values in MAIL_SERVER,TO_MAIL_IDS is correct
