On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Installation Upgrade Process

Application Home Page got stuck in Meter Data Management 2.3.0.2 on Weblogic 12.2.1.4.0 and no errors are observed into the logs.
Please let us know if there are any issues with Weblogic 12.2.1.4.0 Version and do we need to apply any patches to use this version on Meter Data Management 2.3.0.2 ?
