High CPU Utilization of OCOMC Server

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Installed 4 instances of Oracle Communication Offline Mediation Controller(OCOMC) in a single Linux server and started all 4 instances but cpu utilization shows more than 80% of usages. Followings are the error message from the logs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install 4 instances of OCOMC in single Linux host,
2. Keep the Network Accounting Records( NAR) backup files and input Call Details Records(CDR's) files for processing in the respective directories (input)
3. Start all four instances of OCOMC and check with unix top command output to see more than 80% of cpu usages.
