ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Malformed Sql error on Values screen after upgrade to patch .25

After upgrading from .23 to .25 received malformed sql error related to generated rate sql.

701, 701] The left expression is missing from the logical expression.
[741, 741] The left expression is missing from the logical expression.
[808, 809] The select expression cannot end with a comma.
[812, 829] The query contains a malformed ending.

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: An exception occurred while creating a query in EntityManager:
