Goal

Scenario:

Want to use Customer Center (CC) where the connection string will point to a load balancer.Using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)/Wallet.
If the IP Address in the CC connection string is failing since it requires the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) of the Connection Manager (CM).

Query:
1. How to achieve it by using a load balancer?
2. Is this possible or load balancer between CC and CM is out of the question?
