DSDReceipt Message Not Updating Shipment and Receipt Details (Doc ID 2690228.1)

Symptoms

After subscribing DSD Receipt, a record for order_type as DSD got created in ORDHEAD, ORDLOC and ORDSKU tables. But in ORDLOC table, Qty_received field is NULL and there is no record in SHIPMENT and TRAN_DATA tables.

ORDLOC table must have Qty_received field completed and Shipment/Tran_data tables should have transaction records.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create DSD receipt using RDMT tool.
2. Message got subscribed in RMS.
3. Created order in RMS, Ordloc have Qty_Recived as null.
