Reseed Batch for active policy with enrollment transactions is not working

A user was active from 1/1/20 decided to cancel the policy effective 3/1. The Policy was changed to end effective 03/01/20. A reseed was executed for this account as there were transactions associated with it. Later in the nightly TFM, enrollment transactions went into error with the below message. Enrollment transactions were for active policy period and should have been processed.


“A policy for which the transaction (%1) is received for the %2 bill group does not exist in the system on %3.”
