"Evaluation exception during submission" Received When Running a User Defined / Composite Report With Template (Doc ID 2690278.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Run a User-Defined / Composite Report with a template attached, The report runs without issue, however when attempting to open the Excel output the following error occurs.

ERROR

Evaluation exception during submission.

In review of the ViewDebugLog the following is the exception

USER MISTAKE TRACE:
Exception thrown during callout invocation of public java.lang.String instantis.callout.FileAggregator.addTemplateSafely(java.io.InputStream): java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/math3/util/ArithmeticUtils in expression [err_ = fa_.addTemplateSafely(report_template)]


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Access as User developing the report, Navigate to the Folder being created, Run report 
  2. Attempt to download, and receive "Evaluation exception during submission."
  3. Run VDB and review contents
  4. Locate USER MISTAKE DETAILS
    USER MISTAKE TRACE: Exception thrown during callout invocation of public java.lang.String instantis.callout.FileAggregator.addTemplateSafely(java.io.InputStream): java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/math3/util/ArithmeticUtils in expression [err_ = fa_.addTemplateSafely(report_template)]
    at instantis.expr.EvaluationException.newException(EvaluationException.java:26)
    at instantis.expr.ExpressionImplementation$Value.evaluate(ExpressionImplementation.java:4033)
  5. Copy Report to same location
  6. Remove Template and Save
  7. Run report with no template
  8. Report is successful
