Symptoms

When attempting to install the software on the PRODUCTION server, the installer (MSS.R6_3_0.b940_AppServerInstaller.jar) hangs on the "Configuring: JMASTER" screen for several hours. It never completes or copies any files on the server. The progress meter on the installer screen appears to be around 90% complete.
