Symptoms

 User reports Admin Test for Inform Adapter in Central Coding is not working. Error will be along the lines of:

Can't connect to adapter at this url. There was no endpoint listening at https://<customer>-infws.oracleindustry.com/<trial name>/informadapter/AdapterAdmin/TrialConfigService.svc that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.

 

Changes

 This may be a new or existing Central Coding environment, as well as a recently upgrade/migrated one.
