Data Extract View Job Fails with Ora-12911 Creating User (Doc ID 269086.1)

Symptoms

Data Extract Views job ends with FAILURE status. The log file of the job shows the following error messages:

Executed command: rmdir /s /q d:\opapps\sas_view\ocdev\av018\24feb2004
Default table space for DX_VIEW_TABLESPACE USERS
Error creating user <USER>$24FEB2004
ORA-12911: permanent tablespace cannot be temporary tablespace
ERR level 1
create_account
Unable to create account.
ERR level 1
maintain_account
Error when calling create_account
