ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Payoff Balance Amounts on Several Zones no longer grayed out
Payoff Balance Amounts on the Account Financial History Zone on the Account Information Tab of the Control Central page, as well as the SA Financial History, and Account Financial History pages are no longer grayed out in CCB 2.7 as it was in CCB 2.3.1. Business users find it confusing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

"Payoff Amount" and "Payoff Balance" should be grayed out.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CCB -> Control Central
2. Open "Account Information" tab, see "Payoff Amount" and "Payoff Balance" are not grayed out.
1. Login to CCB -> Open Account Financial History
2. See "Payoff Amount" and "Payoff Balance" are not grayed out.
1. login to CCB -> SA Financial History
2. See "Payoff Amount" and "Payoff Balance" are not grayed out.
