IMD Created By SGG Adapter For Sensus OSB Does Not Contain ‘mcIS’ Flag

Symptoms
Issue -
IMD created by SGG Adapter for Sensus RNI does not contain ‘mcIS’ flag to distinguish between Interval and Scalar reads.
Steps-
Drop Sensus containing Scalar
1)Suspend IMDDestinationQueue-D6.
2)Drop a Sensus file with Scalar data into the poll directory,
3)File is picked up from the poll directory.
4)Go to IMDDestinationQueue-D6
5)IMD Seeders are created. Check if it contains element <msIS> set to ‘D1SC’for Scalar.
Drop Sensus containing Interval Data.
1)Suspend IMDDestinationQueue-D6.
2)Drop a Sensus file with Interval data into the poll directory
3)File is picked up from the poll directory.
4)Go to IMDDestinationQueue-D6
5)IMD Seeders are created and they now have an additional element <msIS> set to ‘D1IN’ for Interval.
