NMS Weather Adapter Getting HTTP Errors 500 and 503 From NOAA Servers
Customer noticed a number of HTTP Errors in the weather adapter log.
HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error
Unable to establish connection with NOAA.
The adapter will try again after 30 seconds...
HTTP Error 503: Service Unavailable
Unable to establish connection with NOAA.
The adapter will try again after 30 seconds...
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run "product_weatherDataAdapter.py -v -weekly"
2. Observe the timeouts
