Getting Error when login into DGS application UI- No Home Link Fetched

1. The users are getting below error when landed into the home page of DGS.
"No home link fetched! Please contact System Administrator".
2. Once users are able to get into the DGS interface, users are able to access all the tabs except - Controls, Adjustments and Dashboard tab in OFSAA DGS interface.
