OIPA Displays the Incorrect Date While the System Table ( AsSystemDate) Contains the Correct Date (Doc ID 2692116.1)

On : 10.2.4.11 version, Accounting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The OIPA Application displays the Incorrect Date while the System Table ( AsSystemDate) contains the Current Date.
For example: The application displays May 01 but System Date is actually May 02.
When checking the database table, the System Date aligns with the Current Date.

select calendarcode,systemdate from OIPA_PRD.assystemdate where currentindicator = 'Y' and calendarcode = '01';


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The OIPA Application Effective Date should align with the System Date.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User detect this issue while generating Activity Error Log report.
2. Go to REPORTS/Activity Error Log menu.
3. The fields Activity Effective Date From and Activity Effective Date is showing yesterday date instead of current date.
