No Entry for Project Arbiter in JOBSVC Even When Publication Is Enabled. Projects Fail to Publish With Error in Log: Invalid column name 'job_data_x' (Doc ID 2692457.1)

Symptoms

Projects are not being published and the following error is found in the P6WebAccess.html file:

ERROR

Caused by: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Invalid column name 'job_data_x'.
  at com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException.makeFromDatabaseError(SQLServerException.java:217)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Login into P6 Web.
  2. Access Administration --> Application Settings --> Services --> Project Publication.
  3. Check Enable Publish Projects.
  4. Publish a 'Project A' manually.
  5. Check for Project Arbiter Entry in JOBSVC and observe it's missing.
  6. Check for "Last Published On" and observe the field is empty in P6 Web for Project A.
  7. Check Web Access Logs and observer Error: "Invalid column name 'job_data_x'.
