Application Hangs Indefinitely, Unless Terminated, Making Facility Assignment (Assign Connection) to Channel 1 of a Specific T1 (Doc ID 2692546.1)

Symptoms

The Trunk circuit's Connection Design hangs when attempting to make a Facility Assignment (Assign Connection) to channel 1 of a specific T1. The client must be terminated using the Windows Task Manager. The behavior is related to the SQL statements listed below. They run relatively quick, but are executed thousands of times over and over. The data below was captured over an approximate 11 hour period of testing. Note the database activity related to the hanging client session stops after it is terminated on the workstation.
