On : 3.19.2.0.0 version, System Performance Issues

API Read ComsumptionBatch Slowness

AMS Read Consumption Batch process has not completed even after 9 hrs. which usually on average takes an hour. The request to start process was made at 12:01 AM and process was running until noon before it was aborted.
