In Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management, opcodes use flists to pass data between BRM applications and the database. For each opcode, an input flist is passed to pcm_op and the return flist is passed back from this routine.

The PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER opcode can be used to modify customer information. This opcodes helps to add account and service level deals, add new services and purchase deals to those services and also to add and/or update balance groups, billinfo's, payinfo's and profiles.

One of the parameters of PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER is NAMEINFO, it indicates nameinfo element in the CONTACT_INFO. Because of the new changes in CONTACT_INFO output may differ from previous versions.
