Allocation Rule With Static Driver Table Shows "None" in Driver Drop-down List

Symptoms
On 8.0.5 version, Allocation Rule with Static Driver table shows "None" in Driver drop-down list.
The screen on the Drivers tab on Allocation Rules no longer shows any Static driver tables populated in the Static Table Driver field.
Though the name of the driver shows in some cases, the Static Table Driver field shows "None" listed (see below snapshot).
Looks like the issue is with Static Driver table definition so it prevails.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Allocation specification
2. Move to Driver tab of the definition
3. Check existing values for Static Table Driver drop-down.
