For Cost Change Upload Functionality if Templates Have Same Identifier Data Merges Incorrectly (Doc ID 2692977.1)

When simultaneously several users working in Retail Merchandising System (RMS), creating inducted „Cost changes“(CC), the template that is filled for Cost changes is designed to give the user ability to assigned the cost changes number.
Because the CC number in the template is arbitrary, other users have used 4 digits number as well in their cost changes, others not. User created the cost change without thinking this number has been already used by other user.
The system (RMS notification) did not reported a mistake to first user, but to the other users, RMS reported an error that "there is a CC with that number", being a duplicate one. However, it has contaminated the primary user's data by merging the values of both templates and first User could not upload CC from staging tables.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
English language it is used:

  1. Login in into RMS user interface, reach the Cost change (CC) template.
  2. Upload CC from first '.ODS' (Open Document Spreadsheet extension) file. RMS system does not inform that there is an induction or template error.
  3. Upload CC from second '.ODS' file. RMS system informs that there is an induction error, and that there is a template with the same number.
