'Allow' - Enable third action to allow limited transaction by an analyst. (Doc ID 2693004.1)

Enable the third action for an Analyst where he can still allow transaction for an alert based on the internal decision

Actual behavior :

Analyst can choose only clean or suspicious on matches in match summary section.

Expected Behavior :

Analyst can choose clean, suspicious or third action(Allow) to limit the transaction on particular matches.

Example : matches created with PEPS list but still allowed to conduct the limited transaction based on internal practice.

Note :

1.Changes : One new status(Allow) included in the match summary action.

2. PMF work flow for third action will be same as clean, either "Release Recommend" or "Block Recommend"
