Symptoms

The 'Publish Enterprise Data' Global Scheduled Service job fails with the following error in the <P6 EPPM or P6 Services home>\p6\WebAccessLogslog\services\jt_enterprisedata\<date-time>_FAILED.log file (all other Global Scheduled Service jobs complete successfully):

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Delete and recreate the Global Scheduled Service jobs (see Doc ID 1400104.1 - P6 Global Scheduled Services Are Stuck In A "Running" State for instructions)
  2. Run the re-created Global Scheduled Service jobs.
  3. The 'Publish Enterprise Data' job fails with the reported error.
