MDS FULL ETL is failing with cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found

Error,ODI-1217: Session ODI_PKG_MDS_COM_ITEM_SUMMARY (447) fails with return code 12801.
ODI-1226: Step exec of BI_COM_ITEM_F_PRO fails after 1 attempt(s).
ODI-1232: Procedure odi_pro_BI_COM_ITEM_F_PRO execution fails.
ODI-1228: Task Procedure-odi_pro_BI_COM_ITEM_F_PRO-Creating Index ITEM_NEXT_REL_DATE fails on the target connection TRG_BI_PHYSICAL.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P007

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install OPLA 3.6.1 installation
4. Setup ODI Agent
5. Execute First ETL Stage Full and MDS Full ETL load,

Stage ETL completed and MDS ETL First Full Load failed.
