Symptoms
Using:
Oracle Communications Calendar Server versions: 7u3-8.19 and 7.0.4.15.0
Oracle Communications Calendar Server version: 8.0.0.2.0
A calendar is backed up via "davadmin db backup..." on a Calendar Server (CS) 7u3-8.19 server. A new server with CS 7.0.4.15.0 was installed. The backed up calendars from the CS 7u3-8.19 were then restored to the CS 7.0.4.15.0 server. The 7.0.4.15.0 Calendar Server was then upgraded to CS 8.0.0.2.0. The calendars were migrated as part of the CS upgrade to that server. Once everything was up and running on the CS 8.0.0.2.0 server, the calendars were backed up once again, using "davadmin db backup...". Next, a third server was installed with a fresh copy of CS 8.0.0.2.0.
The backed up calendars were then restored via "davadmin db restore..." to the freshly installed Calendar Server 8.0.0.2.0 server.
The restore completed without any errors. However, the following error appears in the errors.0 log file when the user logs into Convergence and tries to access the Calendar tab:
