Symptoms

When attempting to start the P6 Managed Server,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The Address (Ip Address) Might be Incorrect or Another Process is Using Port (Port)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the WebLogic Console.
2. Select 'Servers'.
3. Attempt to start the P6 Managed Server.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access P6 EPPM Web.

NOTE: This error can happen for any P6 EPPM Managed Server.

Changes

 The IP Address of the server has changed.
