'ORA-12899: value too large for column' Occurs During Item Tickets/Shelf Labels Printing (Doc ID 2694207.1)

When attempting to print item tickets or shelf labels from SIM PC client, the following error occurs in the sim log.


ERROR-78  Time: 5/4/20 9:03 PM  Type: SimServerException   Message: Error executing query statement.
2020-05-05 15:01:06,353 ERROR [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '27' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'][o.r.s.s.d.d.ItemTicketOracleDao] Error executing batch statement: insert into TICKET_PRINT (ID, STORE_ID, PRINTER, FORMAT_NAME, TEMPLATE_URL, DOCUMENT_FLAVOR, CREATE_DATE, UPDATE_DATE, STATUS, USER_ID, COPIES, PRINTER_SOURCE, LOCALE) values (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)
java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "TICKET_PRINT"."TEMPLATE_URL" (actual: 130, maximum: 128)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in on SIM
2. Select the menu print
3. Select Item Ticket
4. On the popup search for shelf label
5. On the results list select a record and click on print
